New Patient Intake & Informed Consent

I have consulted with JoAnn throughout some major life transitions. Each session has always been immediately useful. I’ve come away with more confidence and a variety of practices, including somatic and psychological tools to support myself more fully. I love the way she is able to understand my mental models and can sense when to refer to those and when to introduce new ones. I will continue to turn to her for support and feedback. JoAnn draws on many modalities and frameworks for insight to inform her inquiries as she facilitates an individual to reflect honestly and release habits that are no longer serving. JoAnn is deeply receiving and creates a space that has invited me to process life experiences in a way that contributes to my a growth and maturity. I am healthier because of the work I have done under JoAnn’s guidance.
