Dear Participants and Potential Participants,

In this time of so much change we are trusting the process.

What has been unfolding is asking the format of our laboratory to expand. We are being asked by a number of people who are not practitioners for a space to be in group process; A space open to ALL that wants to be held at this time.

In the past three years our focus has been only on professional teaching in these Seattle weekends. Here is our new format. The first three days, we will hold a Radical Aliveness process group making space for all the deep feeling of everyone to land and be held.

The fourth day will be just for professional practitioners wanting to learn. We will be teaching/supervising/mentoring with space for any questions and knowing around the group weekend as well as your practice. The group weekend may inspire or clarify questions you are working on around your professional role.

Location: Woodinville, Washington

Dates: Thursday, Aug 13 (3pm) – Sunday, Aug 16 (6pm)
Pricing: The three day process group is $800, the full four days with teaching is $1000
We can help coordinate shared housing arrangements
Capacity: 22 people

After a 37 year career of practicing and teaching meditation, I came across Waking Down in Mutuality in 2002 and it served as a finishing school for me to, at last, come into stable non-dual realization. I found that all of the presumptions, beliefs, habits, attractions, aversions, and idiosyncrasies accumulated during of a very human life started to be reconfigured under the impact of this awakening and my participation in Core Energetics was central in the process of re-integrating all the frozen, split-off, broken parts of my psyche. Big, highly charged emotional states were quite unfamiliar to me when I began this work but I found my sea legs quickly enough and actually found I liked the power I felt when the lid finally came off. Over the four and a half years I regularly engaged in Core Energetics weekend events, I uncovered, embraced and assimilated seemingly endless layers of previously hidden contractions, aversions, distortions, and divisions in myself.

Core Energetics has been an immensely powerful integrating force for me and JoAnn Lovascio was instrumental to my success. While she is a deeply gifted therapist with vast experience guiding individuals on this journey of self-reclamation, she is, in many ways, more of a spiritual teacher. Depending on what you need, and with the surest and lightest touch, she can open for you both dark, foreboding caverns or large, expansive vistas. She has strength, depth, profound tenderness and first hand knowledge of the challenges and paradoxes of awakened living.
